Is there a standard epitalon price?

The price a maker publishes is called the list price. For epitalon, no approved-product price was available at the 28 September 2026 check.

A treatment quote is a different thing. Ask exactly what is being quoted, by whom, and for what period.

The quote cannot tell you whether the product is approved. Epitalon still had no US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval on 28 September 2026.

What can I request in writing?

• The first visit fee and any fee if no treatment is offered.
• The price of each proposed test, and who bills for it.
• Any medicine charge, listed separately from the visit.
• Follow-up fees, delivery charges, and recurring charges.
• What is included, what can change, and how to cancel.

A written estimate lets you compare the same pieces. Ask whether the amount is for a visit, a month, or a longer commitment.

What if a price only says “starting at”?

Ask for an estimate for the plan being discussed with you. A starting figure leaves questions about what is included.

Keep the assessment and the product questions in view alongside the bill. A lower quote does not answer those questions.

There is no established approved-product price to compare an epitalon offer against.

Can insurance or an account pay for it?

Ask the plan or account administrator about the exact service and product. Put the visit, tests, and medicine on separate lines.

Ask what documents they need, what you would owe, and whether they can confirm the answer in writing.

Keep the plan’s answer with the written estimate.
